SEIVA
DRAFT — NOT LEGALLY REVIEWED.
This page is an engineering inventory of what the site actually does with personal data. It is accurate as a description of the system and is the input a lawyer needs — it is not itself a compliant privacy policy. Do not launch without review. Page is noindex until then.

What this site collects

Nothing, unless you fill in the Save a Forest questionnaire. There are no cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. Browsing the site does not create a record tied to you.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. That is why this site has no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this page and the banner change with it.

Who else sees it

Both act as processors under written agreements. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

24 months from our last contact with you, then the personal fields are permanently erased. We keep a record that a request existed and was erased, with no personal data in it, so we can answer questions about our own handling.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent — at any time, without giving a reason. Write to contact@seivaforest.pt. We respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD.

Security

Submissions travel over HTTPS only. The site has exactly one write path and no endpoint that reads data back out. Our security practices are documented publicly in the repository's SECURITY.md; report an issue to security@seivaforest.pt.
